H4M Training Program

Our specialized H4M Training Program is designed to help you improve your aerobic function. This 28-day program partnered with our AMP-Training Matrix will help you become a more efficient runner. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced runner, this program is specially formulated for results.

H4M Training consists of 3 training sessions per week. These sessions are less than 30 minutes each. The short training sessions allow for a higher rate of adherence. We want you to train smarter not longer.
