Strength Training
Our Iron Fortitude Strength Training is a linear progressive program designed to build lean muscle. Lean muscle burns 2.5 times more calories at rest than body fat. By converting body fat to muscle, you will see an increase in your basal metabolic rate (the calories you need to just stay alive).

Metabolic Cardio Training
Our metabolic cardio training features, HIIT style, AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, balance, and agility training. This type of training will cause EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). EPOC allows your body to continue to burn more calories well after your workout, up to 48 hours post-workout.

The workouts are great and the gym is clean and has state of the art equipment, but honestly, that doesn’t mean anything without the awesome trainers you guys have! Upbeat and in tune with each member, scaling up or down as needed for a safe, effective, challenging workout. I’ve been super impressed with the staff this time and last time I worked out at Amped. I’m currently a member of another gym that is all those things except for the energy and enthusiasm of the trainers at your place.

It seemed like a good idea at the time. But in all seriousness, the coaches are supportive and amazing. I like how I don’t have to struggle to figure out a daily workout. There’s a lot of variations in movements and routines that keep me interested and I find fun and challenging.
